Chances are you’ve been lectured about backing up or burned by not doing it. (One time I backed up into a garage door.)
Backing up files can certainly be a life saver sometimes but it does create a lot of digital clutter. It’s easy to take a lot of photos and so we do. Then we double all of them, creating clones. And sometimes clones of the clones.
All because of the fear of losing them, which does happen time to time.
