We seem to live in a perpetual world of not enough time. There is so much we want or feel we need to do. And so much that just don’t get done.

How do we decide what to do?

Sometimes it is imposed on us by others: bosses, family, obligations. Other times it’s self-imposed, trying to fit in everything we want to do with everything we need to do.

So where do we stop? Where do we rest? And how do we we feel OK about not getting everything done? And how do we carve out time for what is best for us to be doing?

I’d love to provide all the solutions but I’m a little behind right now (too much to do).
